Number 204 Mission Bugged

The Number 204 mission "Defeat all Nemesis in area" appears to be bugged.  You are supposed to defeat all of the Nemesis in an Arachnos lab map.  A friend of mine and I duoed the mission, defeated all of the Nemesis, and nothing.  No mission complete.  We each went through the entire map about a half dozen times.  Nothing.  Not a Nemesis soldier in sight.  I died earlier in the mission and was sent to the Arachnos jail, so just on the off chance that for some reason the Arachnos jail cell doors were counting, or that perhaps a stray Nemesis soldier would show on the map after all of the jail cell doors were destroyed, I proceeded to destroy each and every Arachnos jail cell door.  Afterwards... still nothing.  I went through the entire map again on Hover, so that I would go through extra slowly to perhaps attract a wandering Nemesis eye.  Nothing.
