Getting powers too early?

I am only level 6, but it let me get the Super Leap power without getting anything else in that power set. I feel like this takes some of the challenge out of the game. Why does it do that?

Think that was a change, all travel powers are available at level 4 without requirements (I mean, you can buy travel powers and even get one for free so... why not?)

Yes, that was an intentional change.

Note that this is not a SCORE change, this was actually put into the game while live in Issue 21.
