Soloed Lusca on my Blaster (no temps, no incarnates - no summons of any kind)

Here's what I did use:

• A primary and a secondary powerset geared specifically to take down AVs and GMs (Beam Rifle and Mental Manipulation)
• Half a billion worth of IOs to shore up my survivability
• A full tray of small inspirations, bought from the nurse
• A base teleporter macro for quick inspiration refill after each tentacle was down

That's impressive, great job!
An option instead of using base teleporter to refill inspirations would be to load inspirations up in your email.  Keep the email window up on side of the screen, if you wish, and pluck away before, during, and after fights.  On the screen shot, I would bring up my email, click "C" to remove the chat, and place the email window in its place, just for this type of situation where chat is unimportant.  I recommend placing the email window on the left because inspirations and take item/delete this email are done on the right side of email window, so speed/convenience is available.
