This is common behavior with Anti-Virus software.  That address in the first popup, make sure your AV scanner has it listed as an exception.

 

Also, I strongly recommend NOT putting Tequila in any of the following folders:

C:\Program Files

C:\Program Files (x86)

C:\Users

C:\Windows

 

You can make a folder in the C: drive of your own.  "Games", "Tequila", and "Homecoming" all being possibilities.

Keep in mind it also always a good practice to make sure you close Tequilla whenever you end a Play Session. That way it has the chance to check the Manifest when you start it and update itself, it doesn't close automatically when you exit game, it will remain open in the tray.
