Nyght Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 (edited) Looking for a low cost build ( upgradable later). would like burst of speed in their, ( its just cool pwr ). fly/hover,haste ( if needed ),tough/weave. want to use burst of speed to tp into group and drop the 3 pbaoe ( 4th if epic or pwr pool can get another) then tp out and blast rest.
