inu12 Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 Hello all! I am looking for an Ice/Cold Domination build. Money is no issue at all. I plan on running Incarnates/Apex/Tins/ITFs. I have 0 interest in solo play. I want to be a hold machine on the big boys. Any help would be appreciated!
kelika2 Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 I agree mostly with 5099, but switch Snow Storm and Frostbite. AoE immobilizes are very annoying and it can and will stop your Ice Slick from working for like 5 seconds and many many melee will outright hate it since their PBAoEs are only 7ft
