I wish all armor sets came with an attack, burn and shield charge are nice and all but after 50 fire armor alts and 40 shield alts you start to question reality how about a nanobot gathering type power that eats away at things around you and heals you over time? im talking lots of 0.25 damage and lots of 0.10 or so healing, constant numbers floating around you
  2. Adding "Cord" belt missing from female Upper Body Bolero. Think I made a post about lots of missing belts from some robes and such.
  3. now that i barely think about it mastermind pets stay down for a long time as well sometimes because of ragdolling taking away ragdolling and going back to the old slip-in-fall animation would help
  4. Sets NEED skippable powers for breathing room. Sucks to think about but having 8/9x2 or 9/9 limits builds hard. Confront and Taunt fills that need to skip some powers
  5. Fury keeps working as it does but how about a clicky inherent that costs 25% fury and gives the brute 20% resist and 5% defense for 15 seconds. possible cooldown

  7. I would just use my second build for Invis when leveling up alts at that point. but I agree with the OP even tho I didnt read the post. I highly doubt there will be gangs of people roaming around the world taking advantage claiming zones are their own and this would encourage people to hunt outdoors a bit or get a little something when doing a weird hunt-10
  8. Nova form needs some flight control/jump speed/whatever that mechanic really is to stop the horrific levels of drifting. I noticed that Fly+combat jumping+hurdle was a very liveable level of flight drifting Dwarf form needs a taunt aura, dont add a new power or anything just work it into the toggle form itself. -speed/-slow for warshades, -def/-dmg for peacebringers Warshade: Grav Snare: Can the DoT damage get compressed and boosted? 9 seconds itself is enough of a detriment for something thats aprox 30% less damage than shadow blast Peacebringer: Pulsar: Adding some minor damage to this to be on par with Gravitic Emanation Both: Reform Essence and Stygian Circle: Can these be available at level 20? Those early 20s have a lot of good powers unlocking at the same time, but not so much at level 20. Also sort of an issue with VEATs, the early 20s power selections.

  10. .08 end a second is one of the lowest cost toggles in the game, with that you gain 1.8%~ defense and immobilization protection and fantastic short range movement. In terms of secondary benefits from pool powers that towers over everything else. I thought offering up alternatives was a nice idea. Turns out I just offended you.
  11. In WoW we had this option for damage meters that was Merge Pet Data with Owner Data I do not know why that mentality does not transfer to other MMOs. This really fucking infuriates me. (You the player) are controlling (a mastermind). Its total damage done. not just your pets. Yeah you are probably shooting for 10 damage at level 2 or 4 or whenever you took your attacks but your pet is probably hitting for 5-8, sure you will get more of them but their levels will go down as you get more pets. +Recharge does not effect pets, but it effects your attacks. when IOs start becoming a thing for a character i can cycle those two attacks easily. Now to your actual build. Heat Loss to me is this weird power that sounds super useful and super powerful but its not. It has a real long cooldown and its available way too late. level 27 is when all IOs can start being slotted and thats aprox the time when peoples endurance issues start to fade. And at 50 people have all the incarnate stuff from Cardiac to Agility to Ageless to not worry about end. Unless you are fighting enemies with -end/recov. I been skipping it Frostwork itself was also never really appealing and I never felt godlike when someone uses it on me Between base slot Maint Drone and base slot Upgrade Robot that was plenty enough healing. Equip Robot also seems way overslotted as well. Second to lastly, Tactics has been overhyped since issue 6 for masterminds. Between your inherent and slotting you should be at max hit rating for your pets. Turn it off, make a combat tab with pet damage for awhile to see. Also please note when fighting +5(or higher) there is no overcoming that gap. Your tier1s will never get back to 95% even with sleet/tactics applied I personally dont like Mids because it takes too long to fill out for just passing by questions but it looks like you got bored at level 44 and said fuck it throw whatever whenever shakira reference

  14. Combat Jumping is just too appealing all around for most characters. And I am wondering if Infiltration and Stealths costs can go down after attacking. there are probably other movement secondaries that can benefit from something like this

  17. Since no one complained that the Bombardment set bonuses are close enough to Obliterations set bonuses I ask for the Multi-Strike set bonuses get ported over to a Melee Damage set somehow. Either a whole new set, or adding dmg/end/rech to Focused Smite's set and revamping Focused Smites bonuses
  18. Call it Crashing Down. Origins can be anything from random drops to merits of all types to just a vendor. Also I have no idea what would happen if a single power has multiple KB2KD slotted in it. Also not thinking of what set bonuses there would be if any. Scales level 7-50 KB2KD/Acc KB2KD/Dmg - for those who are about to freak out about the Overwhelming Force set, that proc also has random fire damage as well as random knockback. its still special dont worry KB2KD/End KB2KD/Rech KB2KD/range - does nothing if said power does not accept range enhancements. id love this for cone attacks like Buckshot KB2KD/whatever if anything as we do have some IO sets with 3-5 pieces. maybe a proc And to compensate for Sudden Acceleration always being there for us make it KB2KD/Chance for Lethal damage. Why lethal? i dont know what damage type is Whiplash is when you suddenly accelerate. All this is just to make the Knockback tax less taxing

I would add more to vet levels to try and stop everyone from speeding and rushing task forces Regular merits, prismatics. maybe 1 hour worth of the boosters you get from the start vendor other things like more storage of various types im not doing the math but can add astral merits past lvl11 or something. id rollback the titan weapons changes a bit. they went from being everywhere to no where real quick
  22. people will just start using their second builds for ranged/energy defense. then the frankenslotting of fisticuffs/slugfests for melee and eradications/cleaving blows for maoe will be out of control the thunderstrike set will be a 1m a piece and then suddenly maybe 5m a piece oh god and the people who get dopamine releases from being negative all the time will complain and say "wait they did this with the family already wtf" and then call it city of ranged defense because also energy
  23. since you didnt list your secondary i cant say. something like willpower or bio armor with low s/l i would but its not uncommon to use multiple builds these days for damage types for different situations/task forces. s/l in yin or synapes does not make much sense and at higher levels the mix of damage types gets so annoying just bring a cold dom and not worry about it.
