Electric Affinity - Amp Up and Galvanic Sentinel

I noticed that when I am hit with Amp Up from another person, if I throw Ball Lightning, it only says 'Discharge' in orange letters above the main target I threw it at.  It was difficult to tell if other targets were getting a gray discharge popup or if that was someone else, or if it is affecting everyone in the AOE.  I did this several times and the only orange Discharge would always be the main target.

 

As far as the Sentinel goes, I think it's been mentioned many times how it seems to have trouble going up elevators, so I am tossing that in here also.
