What level can I start doing missions for Portal Corporation? Sorry if I'm asking an obvious question, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

I think they start around level 40?   Level 35 for dimension-hopping in Nerva for Villains, I think.

This is just based on my memory.  ParagonWiki would probably have more accurate information.

I’m pretty sure it’s 40. When they raised the cap from 40 to 50 they also added PI as high end content, which is 40-50.
