Multiple Base entrances

I was trying to move my Secret Entrance in my base, and now i have multiple Secret Entrances. Seems like i'm only able to move the entrance around in it's current room, and when i place it in another room i end up creating another entrance. So now i have 4 Secret Entrances... Now it wouldn't be so bad if I could sell the extras to have only one again, but the game doesn't allow you to sell Base Entrances. 

 

So anyone know how to fix the current problem I have? Or do I have to ask a GM to wave a magic wand to fix it?

Came after awhile and found those extra entrance turned into vanguard portals, which are sellable

I've just encountered this same issue.  I too have 4 secret entrances from trying to move it from 1 room to another.  😞  I've exited and come back in, but I am stuck with 4 entrances.  I guess I need to give it more time for them to "turn into" the vanguard portals like what happened to moosenoise. 

 

However, I really had hoped there would be more info on this topic and potential fix other than "waiting it out" and hoping the next time I try to move the entrance, it doesn't happen again.
