Can only see full screen in window mode

Don't know if it was a windows or tequila update but my settings have changed. I can only see the full screen when in widow mode. All the other resolutions are the upper left portion of the full screen. I tried each resolution, they are all the upper left portion of a full screen to one degree or another.

 

How do I fix this please?

Have you tried to Alt+Enter to switch between FS and windowed? 

 

If that doesn't work Look at my guide in the troubleshooting section there more methods to resolution problems. See siggy  below

Right-click homecoming.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility -> check both options relativng to DPI

Yup it's a known issue, if you run into other hiccups be sure to visit the guide I wrote as I try to put in any known fixes to various problems so if someone knows how to do it and shares it on the forums it's in there.
