Text of the power: 

 Creates one Snow Beast to do your bidding. Snow Beasts desire nothing more than to freeze everything they come into contact with. You may only have 1 Snow Beast at a time and he will last for 5 minutes before melting. You cannot bring your snow beast across zones. You may have up to 3 copies of this power. Recharge: Long 10 uses left

 

i definitely just had two out... haven't tested how many i can pull out... but i just had two for sure... also it says you can only have 3, but  have 10 claimed at the moment.

 

not sure if the text is wrong, or the power is broken to allow multi's and more charges.
