I have installed the game. But even before i inter the game, and try to change the setting, the game lag wild, how can that be. I also have to screens and the game interface seem to jump between the screens why is that?

You have two screens?

 

It's possible that the game cannot run with multiple screens. Have CoX run on one screen and try it again. Remember this game is from 2004, it is not up to date with modern setups like multiple monitors.
