Ice/Devices build critique

So since I'm still rebuilding a handful of my old toons from Live, I dusted off my ancient Ice/Devices build.  Back in the day this was a lot of fun, but obviously a bunch has changed since then.  I hope to find it just as fun now, but with better durability.

 

I'm not sure that all those proc's in Field Operative are going to work as I hope.  But in the current build, he's softcapped DEF to S/L/E/N and Ranged pre-Incarnates.  Decent recharge, but Resists suck.  I do have the scaling Resists proc in there to help some, and very, very good Regeneration also.

 

Any suggestions on how to improve it?  I'll likely add in some purples at lvl 50, maybe replace a few other things as well based on feedback.
