Dark palette colors on Water Blast have been replaced

You can no longer choose dark colors even though it's set to the dark palette on water blast. I have included before and after pictures. The black from the dark palette gets replaced by a dull brown.

Here are the new water blast "dark" palette color choices. Notice how the black from the before picture is completely missing.
