I'm not sure what this would fall under or if this is a bug or not. But during the tip mission 2 5th Column Ubermenshens and the Drug Den Leader both just dropped when they got to low health. I understand that theres the mention of 'toxic gas' in the vents to weaken them. But you'd think that would just weaken the resistance of the Drug Den so there aren't as many 5th Column members trying to stop you.
