First thing I notice with this build is a lot of Lords of Winter.  Those are so expensive and offer little in terms of offense (no global bonus).  You could do a cheaper build with more damage, acc, and recharge if you get a little more creative.  Anytime I see these, my first thought is always that it will take you so long to get the money to finish the build and then you'll be bored of the game.

 

Edit:  To be clear, having perma-hasten would be very nice, and your build is fine - it's just super expensive.

I'm assuming your goal is farming?  in which case, yeah, it's a solid build, but as thisisme said, it's really expensive and you could probably get away with something cheaper and get the same effect.  Also, you're missing Throw Spines, which IMO is a great thing to have as it's one more AoE in your arsenal for farming.

 

There's a topic somewhere around here about a poor-man's guide to fire farming, you might want to check that out.  If you want to do more than just fire farm, here's my build that can farm and do ITFs pretty well (as well as other content).  It's also substantially cheaper, as you only have 2 WIO sets, though you lose a bunch of recharge, with Ageless, I don't notice it.
