Hmmm I'll 200% go for War Mace/Bio

Clobber is so smashfull (specially with Scrapper ATO and the + chance to crit)

Bio is one of the most offensive secondary in Offensive Adaptation : +25% dam, + toxic dot, -res (!)

 

Btw IceMelee is not that good  in ST beside Freezing Touch.
