Endurance Management - Elec or Rad?

What do people think, is Elec Armor or Rad Armor better at endurance management pre-incarnate?

Energize gives you a large endurance reduction for 30 seconds and with decent slotting is available every 60 seconds.  Power Sink with 2 or more targets can be near full endurance bar every 30 seconds. That's hard to beat. 

 

Once I got Power Sink Endurance issues were a thing of the past.
