Zeraphia Posted June 20, 2020 Share Posted June 20, 2020 I usually notice this on-momentum but it seems like it still keeps the actual damage hit's off-momentum to hit the enemy on occasion. Maybe I'm wrong here? But it seems to on occasion actually proc the damage on this power really really slowly (even beyond the momentum animation)?
