Cosmicality Posted July 10, 2020 Share Posted July 10, 2020 I've spent a ton of time leveling my toon solo farming and i'm currently working on a build with a decent amount of influence. Was able to make a good amount of inf by saving up while leveling and holding onto recipe's and other salvage that proved useful once I dinged to 50. My issue is I cannot find any reliable information through forum and google searches for how much recharge is needed for Perma Hasten. Also, will I have to sacrifice Perma Hasten to get Fire defense capped? Even in a high budget build? Any help is truly appreciated. Thanks! kiramon Posted July 10, 2020 Share Posted July 10, 2020 (edited) 205% recharge + 70% from hasten Part of that is the 95.90% you get from Enhancements, which means you need 109.10% more recharge to get perma. Agility will take that down to 85.45%. You can do it with Agility pretty easily... with Musculature, eh you're relying on Ageless (which does work, for what it's worth - and is what my Savage/Fire farmer does).
