Villainous not awarding

I spent a good part of my afternoon messing about in AE to get the badges there, and the one I cannot seem to get is Villainous.  I created a map that had that alignment and nothing.  I played 3 other maps that were set to that alignment and nothing.  I am a hero.  Is there an issue with the badge not awarding or do I have to be a Villain to do it?  I got all the other ones for alignment missions easily enough.

It only awards if you're a Villain or a Rogue. Homecoming Wiki says that if you earn it as a Hero or Vigilante, you'll get the badge when you change alignment.
