Confront Twinshot in the Shining Stars' Base!

Who decides where the empty slot in the face off is? My main is magic/claws/regen and the empty spot was in front of Maelstrom. Feels pretty good to fight a guy that's got in-game art, but still strikes me as odd.

I'm pretty sure it's set up that way every time.

 

I disregard it. I usually stand behind Maelstrom or to one end of the bad guy row, depending on what sorts of powers I have.
