COSTUME SUGGESTION: Spectrum

Spectrum would be so much cooler if it was a skin option rather than a costume piece option. You could add spectrum map to the Skin Color area with a color spectrum slider. 
 

Or even easier you could add the male/"Bare" option to the Kilts/Shorts, and it would be nice to have a least a couple more bare legged options for the male models like "Briefs" or "Bikinis."

But if possible doing it by way of the skin option would be cooler, because there are definitely some upper body options that would be nice to have glowing skin with as well.

There's no way to do that without some significant additions to the costume creator.   it's basically adding a skin "texture" option separate from the color picker. 

 

Not impossible, but it's such a huge deal that "Spectrum as skin tone" would just be a detail of the feature package.
