CTD upon attempting to load into Atlas City

Repro:

[*]Create a new Hero

[*]Either choose to skip tutorial, or choose tutorial and play through it

[*]Attempt to load into Atlas City Hall

 

At this point the application crashes to desktop with no errors.

 

I verified my files using Tequila. None were found to have errors.

And is this a fresh Tequila download or did you happen to be running Paragon Chat or Titan Icon in the past?

It has never worked before. I got to play through the Tutorial but that is it.

Sorry if I ask a lot of seemingly dumb questions, but it's how I work.

 

Have you tried with various ATs and powers?  Or have you been trying to get in with the same toon repeatedly? 

 

And what about redside or gold?  Can you get a villain or Praetorian out of the tutorial?

No worries, my job involves a lot of support work, so I'm used to it. :P

 

I'm not sure. I've made two characters (Controller and Blaster, both Heroes) with similar powers. If either of those caused crashes, that'd be strange as it works in Tutorial. I'm currently totally reinstalling.

 

I'll try the other options once I get it reinstalled.

Full reinstall appears to have solved it!
