What goes best with Dual Blades for a Scrapper or Stalker?

I'm thinking about making a character inspired by a certain No One, and their weapons are in the game, I just dunno to make a Scrapper or Stalker.  And if so, which for secondary?  I think back in the day I had a DB/WP Scrapper.  I'm just kinda paralyzed with all the options all over again.

I've enjoyed my DB/WP Scrapper before the Snap enough that I recreated her here, suffering through the levels of incomplete combos. Willpower is the mostly-fire-and-forget secondary that Regen used to be before Instant Healing was made a click power, without the nasty slotting constraints that making IH sustainable required.
