Mayhem Missions Randomly Don't Reward Bonus Time

Mayhem missions randomly don't reward any bonus time for property destruction. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for when it happens vs when it doesn't. The missions that are bugged will reward bonus time for side missions or resisting arrest, but not for breaking any amount barrels, crates, trucks, cars, etc. Have had this happen on and off across many characters and red-compatible many alignments, from soloing to full teams.

Can confirm. I've had this problem for months, on some characters more than others, and I cannot determine any particular cause. Sometimes you are simply never granted any bonus time for destruction, and will have to consign yourself to having far less fun for the next half hour or so.
