I am perma Hasten / perma PA (tested on HC beta server) but I really don't know if my DEF/RES/(...) and so are decent. Problem : I don't have any travel power... traded for Power boost from Primal Forces epic pool, but I don't know if it worth it. Freezing Rain is an example. 2: I would certainly put more slots into Health/Stamina. 3: I can't tell for sure since the actual build isn't there, but it looks like you have more than 5 sets with a 10% Recharge bonus, and you get only get the same bonus up to 5 times. 4: One of the main benefits for Knockback powers, especially on an Illusion/Storm build, is to get Force Feedback IOs into them so that you run with more effective Recharge. I would put them into Tornado, Lightning Storm, and Force Feedback. BTW, I think that the APP version of Energy Torrent is all Knockdown, not Knockback, so you can just replace the Sudden Acceleration IO with it. That's why my build can perma PA (have 131% RechargeTime and you 102%). 2: Yes, but I was missing some slots for set bonuses. 3: You said max 5x Enhancement(RechargeTime) from sets bonuses : is it from the same set used multiple times, or from all sets in the build ? 4: Good to know ! Coyote Posted October 26, 2020 Posted October 26, 2020 Okay, some changes while keeping things as close to what you ahve as possible: 1: Swap the sets in Spectral Wounds and Lightning Storm. Apocalypse has higher Recharge than Decimation, and Recharge is more useful for LS. Also, the Build-Up proc is more useful for you. 2: You have too many +10% Recharge sets (7). Change Blind to Basilisk's Gaze and add a pair of damage procs to the end of it. 2.1: Drop the slots from Kick... it's only a set mule, and it's not even giving the set's main bonus. 3: Freezing Rain isn't a damage power, and 5-slotting it for a Recharge bonus isn't worth the slots. Drop it to 2-3, with a mix of End/Recharge and Recharge. 4: Add a slot to Tornado and LS, each with a Force Feedback proc. 5: Spectral Terror is mostly a -ToHit power, not a Fear power. The Fear duration is long enough that it doesn't need enhancing, so I put in DW's Despair, and moved the set to Thunderclap. Some other minor changes. The cheap parts is now important, because as I came back to the game a few days ago, I didn't realize that Fire farm has influence gain halved since april. Huh... Then, a cheap build to test and if I really like this toon, i'll upgrade it. Just tested my new build on HC beta server, at the training dummies. The perma part works (so-so, the PA is dieing when I can recast it) with Force Feedback enhancements. Very useful enhancement indeed on a /Storm !! BUT is there a way to auto-check if somewhere I overcap the 5 rule limit in the bonus sets ? I don't want to spend hours to check manually all my little bonuses (like +1,5 RES...).
