Not so much for gaming) If I play with only min fx team mates I'm ok.. min all the flash goes off I lag out. If you turn it below 10,000, you'll notice the effects are greatly diminished. Putting it as low as possible makes City of Heroes resemble a D&D session. (Arms waving, numbers appearing, no powers.) But I would rather be able to play with people then solo all the time. Ps. Says alot how dedicated you are to this game when a gm comments to help. Tad Cooper Posted October 30, 2020 Share Posted October 30, 2020 Menu (next to your health/endurance bars)->Options->Graphics and Audio tab->Enable Advanced Graphics Options->Max Particle Count should now be visible. 50000 is the default.
