Anyone know the damage percent that Form of the Body gives for each stack? And I am looking for numbers on a tanker if they differ from other ATs. Thanks.

These don't appear in the in-game power description, but you can see them in combat attributes when you attack with the form active. These are for my lvl 50 tank. These are also the percentages that apply to recharge rate for Form of the Mind.

Level 1:  4%

Level 2:  9%

Level 3:  15%

 

The endurance discount percentages for Form of the Soul are:

Level 1:  6.18%

Level 2:  14.15%

Level 3:  24.80%
