Katie Douglas Is bugged during the Magician Story arc

The Magician Story arc through Oroboro's does not allow you to complete because the 3rd and 4th mission require you to talk to Katie Douglas but she is not on the map!

 

Ran this 4 times and it was the same every time, Then i ran her arc through Oro and she was there if i teleported to her from the crystal but when i run Magicians arc she is gone again

 

Had to get a GM to join my team and complete the 2 missions since there was noone to talk to

Without her showing up on the map can not be completed through Oroboro's

Maybe not the correct answer, but if you're running missions out of order, Katie Douglas 'leaves' First Ward if you've gone through Vanessa DeVore's arc and doesn't return until you go through Mistress Maria's story arc as during this time Katie is reintergrated into First Ward's Seer Network.

This bug still exist. Exactly as described above, but NOT via Ouro. Nothing run out of order that I could tell.

 

GM_Mimiru came to help us and noted Katie was phased out. She requires "NoPrime, AliveContact7" vision phases to be active. Oddly, three of us were there. The GM, one player on The Magician's arc, and one never visited First Ward or Night Ward before; and none of us could see her where she should be.
