Any Base Builders for Hire ?

I have some changes I would like to make to my base, but I'm burnt out on building/rebuilding. Are there any other builders available who charge influ/rare IOs for services ? 
I am on Excelsior Server, and my in game global is @EnnVee you can reach me by /t or in game email, as well as respond here (though in game will likely be faster)

 

some changes Im looking for

wall in (frame) the existing base
Complete redo of the "rooftop"
Add a small forest and lake outside the base
Open to creative/constructive critique
NO CHANGES to the inside of the base are needed
