Shield Defense / Tough pool power bug.

At least on tanker, I am unsure about the other AT Shield Defense sets. Activating the pool power -Tough- while having the Flex customization option selected while your shield is out plays the original tough animation and sounds, rather than the flex animation. Bellow, I posted a screenshot of my character with the flex option selected in costume creator, using Tough.

I'm seeing this same problem on a Scrapper, so does not appear to be AT-dependent.
