It has all teleporters, A trainer, a vendor, a costumer, worktable, merit vendor, 14 enhancement tables, and not pictured (but still in the 2x1 space are the medi-porter and the pillar of fire & ice. In particular I like that when I zone in, I'm facing this direction and can click on the vendor without moving for a quick sell and out. I use a cheat sheet next to my computer to keep track of what enhancement table is supposed to be used for (and I'm not very good at keeping them sorted anyway). But the idea is to fit everything into a tight space while being highly functional. And I love it.
