Transfusion & Transference: Post-December 2020 patch

Even after the fix in the December 1st 2020 patches, Transfusion still occasionally fails to heal when used on targets who die shortly after activating the power.

Transference always fails to recover endurance if used the same way.

 

I know some changes were made in November 2020 to the way Transf* works, but it's unfortunate that it's brought back a big flaw to an otherwise great powerset.
