Ice / Elec Would this work or am I (still) crazy?

I have been trying to find the best way to bring an Ice Troller back (played one on live with Storm).  My goal is to be able to stand in the middle of the mayhem, while attempting to help others and not fall down.  Artic with World of Confusion for close defense and Faraday.
