Hybrid Assault Advice needed

Hello all ye sages of tankeriness!

As the topic said, I need advice on which path to choose for my T-4 Assault Hybrid, Core for the increased damage chance, or Radial for the extra damage "proc" chance.

 

The character in question is an Electric Armor/Titan Weapon Tanker. I am just not sure which would actually give more benefit in the long run, so I ask any of you wizards of builds and maths what you would suggest.

Radial.  If you're playing an AT with a damage modifier below 1.0 (which you are), you want Radial.
