As the topic said, I need advice on which path to choose for my T-4 Assault Hybrid, Core for the increased damage chance, or Radial for the extra damage "proc" chance. The character in question is an Electric Armor/Titan Weapon Tanker. I am just not sure which would actually give more benefit in the long run, so I ask any of you wizards of builds and maths what you would suggest. Thanks!
