Can't change resolution

I have 2 related questions.  I changed the resolution and I am unable to see the options button anymore.  The game is now bleeding over to my other screen.  I need to be able to get the options back up to change the resolution.  Also, what setting is best to make sure that my mouse cannot scroll to my second monitor when I'm playing?

Set Windows display scaling to 100%.

 

As for the mouse, no easy way to do that. The only workaround I can think of is to put the second monitor so that only the upper right corner of one touches the lower left corner of the other (or vice-versa).

Sorry, where do I change windows scaling?

 

Also, every time I click the bottom of the screen it alt tabs and opens the task bar.  I even just shut off my wifi on accident.

Right click on the desktop and select Display Settings. Scroll down to Scale and Layout.

Just play in Windowed mode... Press Alt +Enter.
