Energy/Ice Armor Scrapper Build

Hi All, this is my Energy/Ice Scrapper that's sole focus is to take on Bosses/AV's etc. There is no investment in AOE attacks, pure single target build.  I've been trying around different things, and open to some suggestions. On paper, it appears i have Shadow meld with about 4 seconds of downtime so that can be run pretty much on auto, and Ice Bastion and Unleashed Potential can be run for those oh crap moments. At least thats' the working theory.

Well, decided to re-invent the wheel after playing with this build about 2 weeks.  I found i don't use energy absorption and while I can decimate EB's AV's and Bosses faster than most AOE builds,  the sorrounding mobs are taking way too many button presses and time.  I re-worked for more defense and a little more of a balanced amount of resistance, at the cost of some recharge and psionic resistance (but have better psionic defense as a trade off).  Still very reliant on the triple threat of Ice Bastion, unleashed potential and shadow meld when things get thick with big mobs of 54's.  I also took more of a frankenslotted approach to balance the defense numbers.  I would love to see if I can improve it more, but it's turning into a game of wack-o-mole in mids.
