Trying to edit a file to make a new window just for macros

Hello, thanks for looking into this.

 

This guy posted on how to make custom windows in game. At the bottom of his post, he give information on how to edit the file but its just not working for me.

Edit: It says to copy and paste this. Im wondering if theres anything im not suppose to have in the text file like maybe the lines? and what does the Code:[select] mean
