Vanblod
Hey guys, first post ever and I just had a question about the first power from /time. I am aware that this was a set developed by the fine folks at HC. My question is whether or not the immobilize caused by Time Wall is meant to be removed when an enemy takes damage. AFAIK, most immobilizes do not just drop when something takes damage, but I am certainly no expert on every powerset. If this is intentional, and I am assuming it is, shouldn't that be clarified in the description? My Mind Troller mentions it on their sleep powers. PainX
might be some low level scaling non sense especialy on higher level mobs it will break earlier far as immobilizes go it is pretty standard except for the synergy with the time melee power the fear one can be pretty fun
Uun
It's a mag 3 immobilize, so it will only affect minions and lieutenants with a single application (although it will slow bosses). The other thing to keep in mind is that Time Wall applies the "Delayed" effect, which makes your other Time powers do bonus damage or add additional mag.
