Blaster Field Operative not working with Temp power costumes.

From the latest patch. Field Operative still turns it off. 🙂

This may also apply to other Blaster toggles like Shinobi that provide stealth, as well as any newer powers that give a stealth radius or are otherwise tagged as 'stealth' powers for the purpose of mutual exclusion, so it'd be worth taking a look at those too.
