Solvernia Posted April 22, 2021 Share Posted April 22, 2021 (edited) This may also apply to other Blaster toggles like Shinobi that provide stealth, as well as any newer powers that give a stealth radius or are otherwise tagged as 'stealth' powers for the purpose of mutual exclusion, so it'd be worth taking a look at those too.
