Asymptote Posted May 30, 2019 Share Posted May 30, 2019 Hi all, I was trying to log in between 4:30 and 5pm EST, and kept getting a network/server error message. I'm assuming it was because I was trying to log in during a high volume time. Eventually I got a message that my account had been suspended. No reason, but my guess is because of the number of login attempts. Account is the same as my name here. Is it possible to get this unlocked? Am I posting in the correct forum?
