corruptor: ice/dark/dark or ice/dark/soul

Hey folks. Was just wondering if anyone had an opinion on which epic works best for an ice/dark corr: dark or soul mastery?

The answer is "It depends". Essentially what you're looking for most from Dark / Soul is the damage boost from Soul Drain. 

 

Souls Soul Drain is available at 35 with no picks. 

Darks is available from 44, assuming you've taken 2 other powers beforehand. 

 

However Dark Soul Drain recharges in 120 seconds. Souls recharges in 240. 

 

So if you've 2 additional power choices available (which you probably will since you'll want the Shield too) then go Dark for the quicker recharging version.

On my cor I can´t even chose soul mastery. Was it removed from the epic power sets (it still shows up in Mid´s) or is that toon bugged?

SM is a patron power set. You ave to go villain and do one of the patron AV arcs. These days, doing one arc opens them all. Most folks do Black Scorpion for the brevity and relative ease.
