Pop-up for first tip needs update

There's a pop-up that appears when a character gets their first tip.  It introduces the alignment system.

 

Now that we have badge mish tips, some sort of update is needed -- either delaying the pop-up till alignment mishs become available (if that's possible) or changing the text to discuss badge mishs.

 

E.g. I'm playing a lvl 4 character in AP, just got my first badge tip, and the pop-up talking about alignment mishs appeared when that particular game feature is still 16 levels away.
