Ios sets and endurance problem

Playing spine/fire brute rad/fire brute(which is better?)

1. Are there like must have sets? Could you tell me what they are plz
2. How do I solve endurance problem?

Turn off unnecessary toggles, tough does absolutely nothing in a farm thats 90% fire damage.  Sprint, prestige travel, power pool travel (SS/SJ).  Slot endurance reduction.  Once you get IO slotted, you gain more endurance reduction and can run it longer.  Pancreas / Performance Shifter procs in Health/Stamina.  Incarnates, Ageless Core Epiphany.
