Shield/Street Justice build advice

another tank alt for me. I tihnk I did better with this one. Soft-capped positional defense. Decent resists. and almost perma-hasten. Got the end useage down to almost a positive 2 end/s before incarnates too. With incarnates it looks sufficiently sturdy too 😉 Any possible improvement?
