Instance MSR Members drop and can't rejoin

I ran a Instance MSR Friday night and I had three people drop mid raid due to Disconnects..1 about the half way mark and another 2 with I think 8 minutes left. They got an error message stating they they could not re-enter the raid due to the raid being over or not found. I had them try re-logging and it did not help. I had them make sure they were not still logged into the instance and they said they were not. They waited for the rest of the first raid to be completed then they rejoined the second run with no issue.

The same thing happened a few days ago on a MSR that i was a member of.
