"Infiltrate the Midnight Squad" shapeshifting

Perhaps quite a niche thing, I suspect it isn't something hugely worrisome as I suspect it wasn't in the forefront of the live-teams mind of "what's if a peacebringer goes to redside"... But in the Darrin Wade mission which awards 'The Thief of Midnight' you are given a temp power to shapeshift to look like a midnighter, all dapper in your suit.

However if you're on a PB (and I assume Warshade) it does a strange thing when in Bright Nova/ White Dwarf.

If, while the temp power is active, you go from Human->Lobster you look like a midnighter but have full access to dwarf powers - you also have a little tail like the Dwarf!
If, while the temp power is active, you go human ->squid you can fly etc, but you have a squid tail instead of a left foot.
